Many hockey games are a battle shift-after-shift, buzzer-to-buzzer.  Your athlete's endurance comes down to more than just practices - it also includes their nutrition choices throughout the day. Busy days of school, homework, practice, then bed tend to make it a grab whatever you can moment to satisfy your hunger, but they do little to fuel your athlete's body.
